Tracy Ross

Tracy Ross was born and raised in Miami, but has been calling Gainesville home since 1997. She attended Santa Fe College part time and worked in a satellite office as a Media Buyer for an advertising agency headquartered in Ft. Lauderdale. In 2009 she began working with Beau as the Commercial Property Manager for AMJ Inc. of Gainesville, the region’s leading commercial real estate development and investment firm. She joined Beau’s team at Coldwell Banker M.M. Parrish Realtors in 2015, where she handled client relations and managed the team’s marketing, research, sales and investment efforts.

A later in life college student, Tracy graduated Cum Laude from Santa Fe College’s Bachelor’s program in Organizational Management in 2014, making it to the Dean’s List twice; all while having a full time job. She is a licensed Realtor, a Certified Media Buyer, and a pretty good bowler. She has a son Roger, a daughter Lena, and three labrador retrievers, Storm, Daisy and Ted. In 2025 she celebrated 23 years of marriage to her best friend, Mark Ross. She loves serving in her church, enjoys cooking, being outdoors, and Gator football.
